He has 7 years of experience as a harm reductionist with Zendo Project, N.E.S.T., DanceSafe, and Harmonia offering on-site peer support and drug education. Tobey is passionate about community outreach and policy change including canvassing for Decriminalize Nature - Washington D.C. and Initiative-301 in Denver. He is a founder and past president of the Psychedelic Club of Denver.
